At the start of the season, a group chat is created for parents with the team parent. Important info like jerseys and schedule notes are shared there.

Critical Dates & Deadlines

Registration Deadline

Febuary 12, 2027

Final day to complete online registration for the Spring AAU season. Late fees apply after this date.

Payment Due Date

March 1, 2027

First installment of uniform and tournament fees must be submitted via the parent portal hub.

Parent Meet & Greet

March 5, 2027

Mandatory seasonal orientation meeting with the location and time to be announced.

Game Day Basics

Arrive 1 hour before game time
Wear the home or away jersey as told the night before
Parents are expected to show good behavior and support
Players must bring basketball shoes
Players must bring a black or white undershirt as told the night before
Players must bring water
